SHIPPING

We strive to deliver products purchased from Gildtoe in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. Gildtoe doesn't charge extra for shipping within India and the Handling Fees of Rs. 300 is included in the price of the Commodity.

For all the returns/refunds the re-delivery is on us.

You will be charged a reverse shipping cost of Rs 200 for both returns and exchanges.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Usual time for   processing the refund/exchange is 5-6 working days.

If you are shipping your item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping

insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
